Why nature?

Monday & new week! We at Treefling want to wish you a lovely week and continue to talk about how important it is to get outside. But why? What makes us actually feel better when we go out into nature? It's actually not just nonsense, but several surveys show that we feel better from outdoor life as nature promotes both mental and physical health. We all have different levels of stress in our lives, everything from work, school and children, something that can affect, for example, sleep or other psychological problems. So having a active outdoor life has actually been shown to reduce stress and strengthen your cognitive ability. Whether you go for a leisurely walk or a run doesn't really matter as both parts have positive effects for both body and mind.
