Recycle your plastic containers for soap and shampoo

Did you know that most plastic containers for soap and shampoo can be recycled?

Many people today throw away plastic containers for soap and shampoo in the garbage, which is unnecessary to do as most plastic containers for soap and shampoo can be recycled. If the container has a one * (PET) or two * (PE-HD) on the underside of the bottle, then you can hand it in at your local recycling station for recycling.

(* Most plastic containers for soap and shampoo are made of PET or PE-HD plastic).

By recycling plastic packaging, it helps reduce carbon dioxide emissions and save on natural resources. One kilo of recycled plastic packaging produces up to 2 kilos less carbon dioxide emissions.

Treefling cares about the environment, which is why we only use plastic in our soap packaging that is recyclable.
